Delivery  

We will dispatch your lampshade within 10 working days although we aim to dispatch as soon as we can depending on our orders.

All our handmade lampshades are wrapped for protection and dispatched in a strong cardboard box. They will be dispatched by Royal Mail or a courier depending on the size and other orders being dispatched on the same day.

We regret at present we cannot offer international shipping.

 

Cancellations 

Please contact us by email If you want to cancel your lampshade order at hello@thelampshadestudio.co.uk with the word CANCEL and ORDER NUMBER in the subject line in capitals so we can deal with it as a priority.

If we have not made your lampshade we will refund your payment within 14 days of the cancellation being accepted

 

Refunds

Our collection of lampshades are returnable within 14 days from delivery of the lampshade. Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost on return. Due to the fragile nature of lampshades, please ensure that any returned lampshades are insured as we cannot be held liable for goods in transit which we have no control over. Return item(s) in the same packaging as originally provided, unless unfit for purpose. Please include your Full Name and Order Number. Please note that we are unable to offer a refund on any bespoke lampshades.
